The main tasks of the person employed in this position will include:

• Managing the Team
• Close cooperation with the Sales, Purchasing and Projects Managers departments
• Supervision over the process of creating offers: performing price calculation, preparing complete offers for Sales Engineers, consolidation of offers
• Optimization of quotation processes and increasing the productivity of the subordinate team by implementing appropriate tools
• Conducting meetings with customers in order to collect the necessary data to prepare an offer
• Analysis of the competition in terms of the solutions offered and the quality of service
• Preparation and conduct of product and technical trainings
• Collect bids for purchasing components
• Preparation of visualizations and/or projects in own programs and Autocad

Requirements

• Higher technical education
• Several years of experience in similar department required
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Category B driving license
• Knowledge and ability to use appropriate tools in quotation processes
• Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to think analytically and draw conclusions,
• Knowledge of English – good level, the language is used in everyday work
• Strong motivation to work and acquire new knowledge
• High commitment and independence
